We offer every customer a Free Check, first and foremost, to see if they have PPI on any of their finances. This service is completely free and you are not under any obligation to use our services to claim back PPI if it has been found, after the free check has been conducted.

For those who are successful in their claim, our fees are clearly listed and explained here.
We charge a 30 per cent fee plus VAT for our services but this is only taken once you have received your compensation.
We do not charge any upfront fees*.
