Free Check Process
Here at iSmart, we want to help where we can so there is no initial fee. We offer a Free Check service to assess whether or not you have PPI. Contacting us to assess your situation and eligibility can be completed via a free consultation phone call or online questionnaire.
We aim to make the claims process as easy and straightforward as possible, so we begin by contacting the lender who sold the policy to you. We ask them what PPI policies you have against your finances.
This process will involve a Subject Access Request (SAR). The information we receive from the lender will help us assess your potentially mis-sold PPI claim.
If you decide that you want to claim this back yourself, then you are free to do so.
We can also help you put a claim in with your lender and help you manage the process with our claim back service.
This is a No Win No Fee* service and you will have to pay our fee of 30% + VAT once the money has been paid to you by the lender.
